Reading for the week of December 14th

1.     1.   Positive Movement Forward

This card brings a wonderful message that you were at a cross roads and have finally chosen a path- the right path with no delays. Stay positive and don’t let negativity deter you- any obstacles you encounter this week is designed to strengthen you not weaken you. These are challenges that can throw you off course if you don’t look towards the bigger picture.

What a wonderful card , especially with December coming to an end. 2016 brings great energy for you and You are about to embark on a new journey. Everytime you fall, pick your self up and TRY AGAIN- DON’T GIVE UP. The energy your put out this week will come back and you will succeed- You just have to try.

You don’t know why, but you know you’re going to doing something one day. You know you are not destined to fail. You may have no idea what your going to do, and that is ok. You don’t need to know. Just keep the faith and don’t let doubt hold you back.

5.    5.    Emotional Loss

Heartache lingers in your soul and its causing blockages. When we fail to grieve we fail to acknowledge the loss.  Denial is apart of the healing but somehow you have remained stuck In this stage unwilling or unable to let go. Change is difficult and sometimes it’s easier to not admit the change so we don’t have to deal with it. We get stuck in negativity and we choose to not forward. My message for those of you who are seeing this as your message : Look at your life and find where you are holding on to old heart ache, resentments and loss and let go. It could be the lost of a loved one, unhappiness at work or maybe a bad friendship that you hold on to. Whatever it is that you are holding on to, you will benefit greatly this week if you could start the stages of healing by letting it go.

Feng shui for the bed room

Feng Shui

                I recently introduced to this and it was something that kept coming up over and over and over. I didn’t really pay attention to the signs until one day the angels said to me “ If you spend most of your time in the bedroom ,it needs to be your main focus. Your bedroom is your sanctuary, a place of rest and your must create an environment that supports that.”

                Think about guys, In the rain forest where there is an abundance of rain and sunlight we have birds of beautiful colors and everything is so vibrant and full of life.  When go to areas such as the dessert things are more dull and flat in color. Now that in to account on how you judges others; When people are wearing darker colors, they us a different impression and when they are wearing bright colors it gives us a different impression. Neither are good or bad – just different impressions.  Take a moment and think about your bedroom.

                Ask yourself:          “Is there a lot of love in this room?”

                                                “How are the colors, are they soothing for me?”

                                                “When I’m in this space, does it feel calm?”

       I ask you all to evaluate this because these are the same questions I had to ask myself. First thing I noted was the color of my space- did I like it? No, did I want to paint it? No! A solution that the angels gave me add accent colors with furniture or accessories and so I did. I made sure I added a simple comforter in a shade that I loved.  The next thing on my to do list was do something that I would absolutely love!  I was having lunch one day when I felt this push to go to Hobby Lobby  and found these wooden letters and frames to add as a focal point above the bed. ( I got really lucky here thanks to the angels! Everything I bought was 50% off!)  I absolutely loved the outcome! That was one thing check marked off my list. The final question I had to ask my self was this, Does this space feel calm? And my Answer was No! Why? Since I Moved, my bedroom turned into my home office. Too much work and high energy going on – no wonder I was having a hard time resting. I Looked into how to balance this and that Is when I decided to move my “office” out of the room. My office consisted of my Lap top, Camera, cell phone and most importantly, my tarot cards- all these items have been removed from my bedroom. I tell you I feel great now!

Why am I sharing this?

Energy is important and simply little things you can do right now can be huge in helping you improve your life. It may sound silly to some but in truth- what does it matter? If it doesn’t hurt, why not try it? You may find you like it! I for one, never thought about changing my environment to improve my energy until my angels gave me the example of the birds in the rainforest – that for me was a huge light bulb! We are greatly affected by what we surround out self with. We are careful with what kind of people we allow into our lives – why not do the same for our living space? As many of you know, I’m big on not having clutter around. The angels taught me, if you don’t need it – toss it! To keep things that no longer serve you is creating huge blocks and the same can be said about your environment. If you don’t love your space- change it! Don’t worry about if it’s a good idea or not. If you feel the need to make changes, the angels will support you – they did for me when I was encouraged to go to Hobby Lobby one day and on top of that, I got 50 % off of my whole entire purchase!

Some Simple Tips I’d like to share:

The bedroom is my main focus today because its where we spend a majority of time.  Make sure your bed room gets your attention and if you are wanting to snazzy up your whole house- make sure you put a lot of love, care and attention with the bedroom first!

1.       Put things that you love in your bedroom- DÉCOR! And COLOR – if it makes you happy go with it!

2.       No family photos or kids items in the bedroom if it can be avoided. If you share a room with your child that is ok- create a personal space for your self.

3.       Take the electronics out- tv’s are big and most people have one in the bedroom – if you can, take it out- if your like me and have a husband who wants it in there- I learn to not notice it. Also remove electronic items away from you- I no longer sleep with my cell phone near the bed or have an electronic clock on my night stand. I’ve actually removed my cell phone out of the bed room all together and this has helped my energy tremendously. I still will use the phone in bed, but when its time to sleep I make sure it’s out of the room.

4.       Placement of the bed is very important – please never, ever…. Absolutely do not… have your bed facing your door with your feet point right out of it. This is called the “COFFIN POSITION’ and in some instances, you may see it referred to the “death position”  If your laying in bed and  your feet point directly at the door – please do yourself a favor and move your bed! Energy leaves through our feet so its not a good idea to have your feet facing a door where there is an exit.

5.       Yes size of the bed matters- Queen beds are ideals for married couples and full size beds are recommend for everyone else, yes even children they say. King size beds are not recommended – they usually come with 2 twin size box springs and this creates a separateness . I personally use to hate my king size bed- it was too big and never felt like I shared my bed with anyone – it created a “lonely space” I now have a queen size bed and I love it. It was funny how it never made sense until recently when I learned a little about feng shui. ( I want to note- I didn’t buy a new bed because of this feng shui, it just so happened that when I moved we bought a new bed, we bought a smaller queen size bed because our new room is smaller. Again- spirits way of transitioning me into a better energy environment. It wasn’t until recently , months after I bought a new bed, that it all made sense) If you can’t let go of your King size bed, take a king size sheet and cover the two box springs or frame to “unite” the energy.

6. Last but not least , Do not place mirrors in the bed rooms. I know they make great decorative pieces but they will reflect good energy coming into the room.

Third Eye Chakra

I have to start off by saying, that its always amazing to me when I start writing, how the information just comes and it all starts to make sense. When I was first guided to create this Angel healing with the Chakras process I already had knowledge about the chakras and the angels. It was nothing new to me, I did not expect to have any epiphanies because I thought I was just going to relay information, I was already given. But…. The real “aha moments” came when I started to write. It’s amazing.
I hope that in these lessons, you all will find your “aha moments” if not today – then tomorrow or another day. The purpose of this was to get the angels message out there to a vast crowd who needed it and I am hopeful, that each time you have read one of these articles, it rang true for you.  I honestly wish I could say, this is “MY “Material. But it is not. All information that has been given to me has been done so with the guidance of Arch Angel Gabriel – one who I will be writing about today. he has guided me to put my lives work in writing- the process of writing my blog and offering emailed readings is to prepare me for work I will later in life be doing. I don’t know what this is yet- Today Arch Angel Gabriel tells me – one day it will all make sense. This week I come to you all about one of the most sought after information for the spiritual community, especially Newcomers. I do hope though, that you all understand that the chakra system works as a system and you will utilize all of the lessons when wanting to work on your Third Eye Chakra.

These are things I’ve heard from many people who are starting to open up spiritually. They have been led to believe, that if they want to be more clairvoyant- this is where you start. I always find it interesting how as a society, we are now in the age of “instant gratification” Instead of taking our time, and learning the process the correct way – we want to jump straight to the final outcome. I would like to share the angels message to you all today :

What is the Third Eye Chakra and why is it so Magical?
The third eye sits between our eyebrows and its home is actually located in the Pineal gland, which is at the base of our brain in the back of our occipital lobe.  The third eye allows us to see “Visions” also known as Clairvoyance. There are many ways to “See” and not one way is the right way.
 For example- people always ask, how do I see the angels? How do I know who I am working with? I always have to explain, I do not see angels in the form as we see in pictures. I do not see body and face. What I see- are balls of energy and colors. Sometimes, on rare occasions I see their wings- but this is rare and it usually happens when I see the angels offering comfort to someone- they will wrap their wings in a loving hug embrace. They will also expand their wings to show me how much energy they are exuberating to the person in need of a “angel hug”  When I “See” I do not see with my physical eye. It’s all in my head in the form of imagination. Sometimes It plays out like a movie strip where I see “scene’s” but these scenes are in forms of symbols. How do I know these scenes are true signs? I don’t. I just trust the information I’m getting.
The image  you see with the “Healing the Chakras with angels” is designed because it is exactly how It was shown to me- Each Chakra point had a ball of color and the name of the angel was spelled out for me- just as you see it.  (That image by the way was not designed by me it was a regular chakra image I found online and the angels showed me how to edit it to suit their purpose)
When I am “shown images” they come in pieces – it doesn’t make sense until I piece it together. Sometimes I see it, sometimes I feel it, sometimes I hear it – all these things combine help me “imagine” a vision.

What is the Third Eye Chakra:
It is the seat of conscience- it allows us to see, know and understand. When we have a balanced and open third chakra, everything makes sense and has a purpose even though we do not know what that is. We just know – it all happened for a reason, or it is all for a reason.  It is where our intuition and imagination come together. It is the home to our conscience and what our ethics are built upon. Your strong sense of justice comes from here. It is here that Life energy enters our chakra system. Because of this, it is important that you work on the whole chakra system to find balance before you try to open this center up. When you focus solely on this chakra, and lack a strong Foundation ( Base/Root Chakra) you can have a sense of paranoia and insecurity- your imagination goes wild.  If you wish to work on this chakra, I highly recommend after you read this article, you go back to my previous work and learn about all the chakra systems and balance those.

How does the Third eye really work? The Pineal Gland
Our pineal Gland, release hormones that keep us in balance. Its most important role is regulating our circadian rhythms via the hormone Melatonin. The purpose of this hormone is to help us regulate our sleep.  If you did not know, sleep is very important – especially to those of us who are on the spiritual path. It is in our sleep that our mind, body and spirit rest and receive healings.  The pineal gland is located at the base of the brain in the back of our heads, it is at a lower angle from our third eye.  The pineal gland is about the size of pea and is shaped very similar to a pine cone – this is how it got its name.  I also want to note that the pineal  gland centuries before, was the size of a walnut- due to varies changes in our environment it has evolved to be small in size today.  This process has made it harder for many of us to be spiritually connected.
Many people want to practice opening their Third eye and they find it doesn’t work, or the process is not going well- I have also found with these same group of people, they know nothing of the Pineal gland and its importance. As you may have seen already, each chakra is controlled by a certain gland. The two go hand in hand.  In the third eye, if you wish to work with it, you must know about the pineal gland. I have met people who have told me they have a powerful third eye, but they knew nothing about the Pineal Gland. I must say, I do not judge- but… how can you be a master of the third eye and not know of its importance to the pineal gland? It’s like being a medical doctor and not knowing the parts of the body.  I also met some teachers that do not teach about the pineal gland – to me that is setting the student up for failure- how can you leave out such a vital part of the lesson!

Balanced Third Eye:
Will be imaginative, creative, and be able to think clearly. Things just make sense!
Un-balanced third eye: 
-Feel stuck- You cant see a solution.
-Paranoid or Insomnia – you have an overactive third eye and you lack grounding.
Go back to the root chakra and strengthen your foundation.
-Head aches : blocked chakra. Migraines are a sign that you have a lot of energy coming but you are not open to it. The aches come from excess energy not being able to move freely.
-Lack of spiritual connection
-You are not creative, lack imagination. If I asked you to picture a red apple – if you can’t vision it, your third eye maybe be unbalanced.

The big fluoride debate! PINEAL GLAND AND FLUORIDE:
        Fluoride calcifies and harden this gland. Not a surprise that so many of us today cannot “see” spiritually. We are raised in a society to forces fluoride upon us because it is a “health benefit”, but with anything, too much can be harmful. For those of us on the spiritual path, it’s important to be careful with how much fluoride we are ingesting, because it will harden our pineal gland. I’m not saying eliminate fluoride all together, that would be silly- we do need some fluoride. I work in the dental field (how ironic I know  ) and I am a firm believer as someone who does walk between both worlds, we need a little fluoride.  So what is my advice for you all?  Use fluoride in minimal amounts.  I would not recommend eliminating it completely.
        If you can reduce fluoride intake only to the tooth paste that would be perfect! I have two that I use, Toms brand of tooth paste is fluoride free, I also use a Colgate Fluoride toothpaste every other day. There are tooth paste out there that offer extra fluoride protection – I do not recommend those. Also, at my dental cleanings, I skip the fluoride application. Again, in my opinion- fluoride in toothpaste is enough.  ( some of you who are extra sensitive, will feel that no fluoride is best and if that is how you feel, trust it ) ( you will find there are people who are totally against anything with fluoride- use your own judgement. It has been proven that fluoride does help prevent tooth decay- so to completely remove it, in my opinion is not a good idea)

How to balance the third eye: 
-Meditation – this is a must. If you do not like to meditate or have a hard time
Incorporating this into your life, you maybe not be ready to open your third eye.
Work on your lower chakras.
      -Yoga : Certain poses will help you strengthen your stamina to maintain the energy of this center.
      - Cleanses – are necessary to remove toxins so that your pineal gland can be at its best. If you have too many toxins floating around in your body, this can greatly affect the quality of your pineal gland.
     - Eat foods high in calcium. Tamarind Fruit is also a great addition because it actively removes Fluoride. ( NO WONDER I LOVE PAD THAI! )

Activating the Third Eye Chakra with Arch Angel Gabriel

  Gabriel is an angel known to aid in visions. he comes to us with a message that is for the greater whole. I was raised Catholic and taught that Gabriel is the angel who told Mother Mary she would birth Jesus. Gabriel also came to Joan of Arc to tell her to go to the King of France.  I’ve spent my whole life working with Gabriel, even in my younger years – I just didn’t know it then. Growing up, we had an angel statue in my home, my mother still has it to this day. I never knew this, but it was a statue of Gabriel.
When I write- the messages are coming from Garbiel. I have never seen Gabriel in angel form as I have Haniel or Michael but of all the angels, he is the only one whom I have heard physically.  When I’m working with this angel, he will show me, in my third eye – a golden feather pen.  Gabriel is the angel of messages and communication. If you wish to work with your third eye, he is a wonderful angel to invoke.  His aura is white with specks of gold. Sometimes you will be called to work with copper or attracted to copper and this is because this angel has a Trumpet – that is Copper!
Significance of Copper – Copper us a great energy conductor. When combined with other energies it helps amplify and transfer energy. Copper helps move energy, so if you have blockages that manifest into aches and pains, wear Copper! As with anything – too much can be harmful-  I would not recommend drinking elixirs that contain copper.
What is the trumpet and why is it significant? Gabriel carries a trumpet that is used to announce judgment day. It is the trumpet of truth. In my experience working with him, the trumpet is sounded when truth is needed to be awaken to. It is rare that I actually hear him sound his trumpet. In my life I have heard it twice. Both times, it was during my awakening.  The trumpet for me- sounded off as if an alarm in me had been activated.

A Message from your Spiritual Team

Welcoming everyone!

This morning, I was sitting in meditation and I asked my guides, what is it that I need to work on today. And the message that was delivered to me was “ Ask my audience, on a soul level, what they need to know today” The image that came to my mind was my tarot Tuesdays. I often will offer card readings via Facebook for my audience where they select a card for themselves and the message gets revealed that is meant for them. There are no accidents and what ever message they receive- its meant for them. Today…. Is a different, more special message.

All of us, on a soul level are always wanting to be better. Sometimes we need a bit of a push to get us going or maybe we need some guidance as to which path to take. The thing I love about the cards is that have always guided my life. When ever I needed support and guidance, I pulled out my cards. Paired with angelic guidance, this process has never failed me. It is the reason why I share that process with you as often as I can, when I can.  This morning I found this process to be more profound. I believe the greater message of this today will reach you all some way, somehow and it will be exactly as you needed. I do hope you all find this helpful as my guidance this morning was to do this because it was needed. Please make share with your friends and family as it may be a message for them that is reached through you.

Card One : Deceit

       As a soul, you are very valuable, and this card comes to tell you its important you start to honor and value yourself that way. The deceit card messages is that you are being taken advantage or there are energies out there that are not in your best interest. Some of you may feel like others are out to get you, but I want you all to take a moment and look with in. Do you value yourself?  That is very important- because if you do not honor yourself, your are your biggest liar. Take time today to think about that…. Do you do things that are good for  you? If you love yourself, take actions that support that. Do not dwell in negativity or remain a victim and worry about how others are out to get you. You have to honor yourself enough to say “ This situation serves me no good, I choose to let it go” I myself work up this morning thinking about all the negativity about my work. I pulled my self out of bed, I said this is enough! And I went to meditate to release those negative emotions.  I had to love and honor myself enough to do this. Once I meditated- my focus went from my negative job environment to my spiritual work and that is how I can to deliver this message you all today. So please, stop lying to yourself, today- do what is good for you.

Card Two: Indecision

   

             We all have been in a place where we could not decide. We were lost, confused and therefore could make choices to help us move forward.  For those of you this morning who selected this card, the beautiful message is that TODAY, is a great day to make that important decision. Whatever decision it is that you have been toying with, today- decide.  As I mentioned above, this morning I woke up thinking of all the negative energy from work and I decided at that very moment, ENOUGH! It was great! I feel so much better and I hope that you all find this card supportive of your goals today. The energy is with you now at this time in your life to help support you in positive movement forward. Do some detoxing, release that old stagnant energy that did not serve you. Salt baths are great energy cleansers, Detox your body with a tea or with  a lemon cleanse. On an energetic level if you feel you need to detox, I recently created a wonderful Energy Cleanse Spread that you can find in my previous blog post.

Card Three: The Thinking Man

           

     We all have male and feminine energy.  This card comes to me with the message that you need to spend more time embracing your male energy. Maybe you have been unable to stand your ground or stand up for yourself and your beliefs. Take a moment to evaluate the relationships in your life, How can you be more “Dominant”  it’s not to say you should find ways to control the situation or relationship – but What I’m sensing is that you have allowed others to exhibit their control over you and my message for you all today is that enough is enough! You are your own person, you can make your own decisions and stand up for yourself! For some of you, I’m picking up a lot of frustration, take a moment to breath and re-evaluate your emotions. You want to move forward detached from negative emotions, it’s the only way you will be able to come out on top of this.

Card Four: Seventh Chakra

               

Those of you who picked this card today are highly in-tuned with your spiritual selves. Weither you know it or not, you have a wonderful connection to your angels, guides and high beings. Maybe you have been doubtful, wanting to become more connected or simply never thought about it. This card is about your connection to source and yes you have! If you needed confirmation, trust this sign. Spend time quieting your thinking mind, and learn to listen to your heart – you will its guidance beneficial. The more open you become to receiving messages from the spirit world, synchronicities will become more apparent and you will find the missing pieces start to fall into place.

Throat Chakra: Learn to Speak your Truth

Thank you all for joining me this week as we talk about our Throat Chakras. This week’s post in particular is very dear to my heart because it is where I learned how to meditate. When I first began my work with the angels I had a lot of doubts. I questioned a lot of my intuitive findings because I had no real evidence to back up the information I was receiving intuitively.  During this period, I spent a lot of time in what I now realize was prayer with arch angel Michael.  I would spend my days, repeatedly chanting silently in my mind :

“ With love and light, I speak my truth”

 I had no idea at that time what I was getting, but when I repeated to myself, “ with love and light, I speak my truth” this allowed me to just trust in whatever it was that the angels were giving me.  Even as I speak to you all today, I have no idea what it is I am going to say – I just allow the process to happen.

Throat Chakra is located in our throat area. It is controlled by the thyroid gland and it is butterfly shaped. The purpose of this gland is to regulate our bodies metabolism – the process of breaking down the foods we eat that gives our bodies energy and fuel. What I find very interesting is that each time I get hit with the inspiration bug- Angels will often create events in my life that will have a correlation to the blogs I will be preparing to write.  These last few weeks I have hit a “block” and I have not been able to get anything written until now for this throat chakra. Earlier this week in my meditation I received divine guidance to give up meat – and so I did. As I’m preparing to write this blog that “aha” light bulb turned on for me! My guidance to give up meat has served a purpose to allow me to maximize my metabolism to fit me new found energy.  Years ago during my awakening, I became a vegetarian and when I had my second son I started eating meat again. At that time, I didn’t think I could ever give up meat again, I LOVE PORK.  2 years later to today, I find myself again feeling that it’s time to no longer eat meat.

When we become more enlightened and more in-tuned, the angels will give gentle nudges on life changes.  Since my move, I have been extremely exhausted and tired all of the time, After my move I found myself in a “hibernation” of the soul. A good friend of mine (Theia) recently told me it is "cocooning"  Luckily, I am slowly waking up again and I’m finding myself at a higher vibration. I share my story with you all because I want to encourage you to take little steps when you receive gentle nudges to make life changes. If you feel it is time to make a life style change – ask yourself, Is it really time? Or am I just following a fad? If it is truly divine guidance you will get constant reminders and when you take the steps towards this, you will feel more energized. I hope in learning to opening your throat chakra you will be able to speak your truth. 

          Back to our throat chakra. The Thyroid chakra gets its signals from the pituitary Gland – You will hear more about this fascinating gland in the next post.  Our pituitary  gland is known as our spiritual/ magical gland. If you can link the two glands together it will make total sense to you. When you are ready for spiritual changes, your pituitary gland will send signals to your thyroid gland to release special hormones to help you with your energy levels. In response, you will feel the need to change your diet habits. You will start to notice when you eat certain things, you will feel better or worst. All of this is to help you maximize your new energy levels.

How to activate this chakra : Below your neck about your collar bone is a hollow area, gentle tap this area and imagine it “waking up” the image that I see in my head is an alarm system going off to wake me up.

Balanced Throat Chakra -  

You will be able to speak your truth

You will say things that are kind and loving and truthful

You will hear the truth – if people are being brutally honest with you, you                                         will not get offended.

You can taste what is good and bad for you

Unbalanced Throat Chakra - 

 You will not speak up – you will hold back a lot of things you want to say                                                 or maybe your scared to say anything.

You speak in a low tone, you will not speak up

You may feel as if there is “frog in your throat”

Negative talk is bad energy- If you say things that are unkind , you have                                              an unbalanced chakra.

How to find balance:  Do not wear things that will block this chakra,                                                      remove all necklace, scarfs and collar shirts.  

(An exception is to wear a blue crystal around                 your neck. )

Practice POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS – great way           to find balance in this chakra.

Drink lots of water. 

Arch Angel Michael and the THROAT : many of us will call on arch angel Michael for help because 1. He is one of the best well known angels 2. His strong Electric Blue aura strikes through negativity and gives us strength. 3. We often call on him when we need strength during fearful times because he is a leader and commander against dark energies. By calling on him We have strengthen our throat chakra. He overseas this chakra because of the use of prayer and through the color of his aura. He teaches us through prayer and positive affirmations, we all can communicate directly to the divine. Many of you will find, the instant you call on Michael for protection , you will instantly feel relief. He is a wonderful protector and guardian and friend.  During my earlier years when I was opening up to spirit, I called on my Michael several times through out the day for protection during my moments of fear. It is through this practice that I no longer sit in fear. I know at any moment in my life, when I need protection – to call on him and he will protect me and my loved one.

          This last week I got a chance to meet with THEIA! She is someone I met online and is of like mind. She was a fascinating and amazing woman to meet. She is what she calls an “environmentalist”  Like me, she is an intuitive. The way her “magical powers” work is that she reads energy in her environment. In order for syncronicities and messages to get to her, she must be out in the open to see these meaning coincidences. It was absolutely amazing to see and watch. She takes everything that is going on around her as she is in that moment and deciphers it as it is a message from the spirit world. We exchanged stories and it was so fascinating to hear how very much a like we are! Two different people with similar paths. What I found to be very interesting is that during this time where I had this “block” on working on this throat chakra lesson- she had told me she was in town and would like to meet. It was as if I asked for help and the spirit world brought her to me.  Once we meet, I said a lot of things I had not been able to say for years! If you want to unblock your throat- spill your heart out. I want to also mention something very important that she had said to me. Those of you who continue to read through this blog will get the message because you are ready for it. I don’t think she said this to me by accident. Raphael and the Heart Chakra

 This week I come to you all at a place that is from the heart, literally. Our heart is the center of what I call the “message center” it’s where we receive messages. How is that possible and why is it here. The heart is the message center because if we  are open we receive messages which we can then communicate through our throat chakra by speaking our truth, or we will feel safe and loved to express ourselves via the solar plexus charka. But… If we are closed off, nothing comes through and what begins to brew is the negative emotions of heart ache, lost and fear.

The heart chakra is mainly green, its secondary color is pink. I have met a few different people who believe that the heart is pink in color – I do not agree. Doesn’t mean I am wrong or they are wrong, it just means for me- the Heart vibrates at a green color. Not pink. Everyone is different so as you go through this, ask yourself what color vibrates best for you – green or pink?

                Why is color important? Wavelengths move at different rates for different colors – this is important to note because as we move up up chakras, our vibrations in our aura moves faster and faster. The faster vibration is needed when we are working on a spiritual and “in tuned” level. Not everyone wants to be that high and because of this, my blog this week is very simple. A high vibrating heart = good energy which in turns result in a powerful way to manifest. When we come from the heart – we are able to attract things that truly make us happy. Like attracts like!
What does the heart control? ALL OF YOUR EMOTIONS. Feelings of love and trust. When we have issues with this chakra will have emotions of jealously, fear, and unloved. We will also feel like nothing in life is working out and life just sucks -There is a disconnect between you and your heart and so nothing feels right - which leads to unhappiness. 

Healing

   Arch Angel Raphael is the angel of healing. If you are ever in need of a healing- He’s always there. Automatically – he is always by our side – waiting for us to ask for help.  Angel’s respect our free will therefore they cannot intervene to help us unless we ask for it.  His message is simple and clear. He is always with us and if you ever need a healing, just ask.
        When we ask for a healing, Raphael works mainly with the heart chakra. The heart is the            " mother hub " so to speak. If you want to heal your life- the healing starts here because Love cures all. I don't mean that in a cheesy way , I'm being very serious. Many times, we get hurt or have emotional scars the first we do is close off our heart center - this is a normal survival mechanism and we do this to "protect" our heart. When you are ready, you feel gentle nudges from Raphael.

His healings will come in different ways:

-          You get a bright idea

-          You feel its time to change your lifestyle

-          You want to be more healthy

-          Bad foods no longer taste good (you may crave it, but you no longer feel its tasty or worth it)

-          You will be encouraged or feel the need to “do” a certain thing. This happens to me often, as you all know I am a healer- I heal through my tarot readings and also by sending out healing energy during meditations. I have done this before and I will be doing one after I send this message out- all of those who are open to receiving this healing just need to say “Yes, I accept it” I am not the “healer” I am a conduit for the healings to be sent. When I send out healings, I’m just a body which energy of Raphael flows through.

Signs of Raphael-

        Of all the angels, he is on that has appeared in very odd ways. Just yesterday I was driving and parked in front of a car where their was a beat up old bear with angel wings sitting on a truck. Strangest thing I thought and then I realized it was a sign from Rapheal – as I said – he likes to send signs in odd ways. When you feel an angels presence but your confused as to who – Just think, It could be Raphael. He does like to come in “disguise” he is always with us, we just have to be aware.

       He is a very powerful angel and emanates a green aura. He is often spotted in orbs- usually you’ll see a flicker of bright green light that flashes really fast before you have time to catch it. The orb moves fast because the angels are on a very high vibration. They flicker in and out all the time, when we raise our vibrations – even for just a second we catch those flickers.

                Caduceus is a medical sign often used by healing professionals. Sometimes you’ll see him send this as a sign although he tells me its rare- he would much prefer to use the fish as a sign. As I said- he is an odd angel, he doesn’t like to do what is expected of the “norm” He tells me likes to use the fish because in his healings he has used parts of a fish as part of his work.

On to your message this week.....

Card One: Authority

                I get this heavy sense that those of you who pick this card have a problem with authority or being told what to do. And The angels just want to remind us that there is a time to listen and a time to talk. Many of you are being offered good advice if you would allow yourself to put your guard down and just listen. You ask for help, the advice is being given but you aren’t listening. The authority card is about someone in charge who can lead. These people who are above you or are offering you words of wisdom or asking you to do something – its for you better good, you may not like it because your ego is stepping forward and making you throw a fit like a child.

Card two: Patience and Planning

                To plant a garden you must work hard, prep the soil, plant the seeds, water your garden and wait for them to bloom. You can’t rush this process, but you can affect the quality of the garden. The more time you spend nurturing it and loving it the more bountiful your harvest. Those of you who are getting impatient- consider booking a reading, I may be able to help you if you find you are struggling. Many of us want to rush the process out of desperation but that wont work – If you over water your garden, you’ll drown It. Slow and steady wins the race, remember that.

Card 3: Spiritual Union

                Your spirit wants to re-connect with you. You can think of the spirit as your high self, who you are, you inner god/goddess – the true you. Your probably over worked, depressed, or just not making time for yourself. This card is a message that its time you put your life on hold and do things you love. When we make time for ourselves, we are making an appointment with our high power to allow us to live a fulfilling life. If you can’t make time for your self how can you ever truly feel connected to who you are?

Card 4: Emotional Withdraw

                Sometimes when we go through difficult times, we want a time out – we need space, we need time alone. Its not an easy period for you at this moment and the Angels want you to know that’s ok. Its ok you want to be apart from the world right now, its ok for you to feel disconnected. Its all in the wave of the world and you must let yourself be ok with it. In life we have ups and downs- its all part of our growth. Take time to stay home and spend quiet time with yourself to reflect on all your emotions- what ever it is that you are feeling- it is ok. Let yourself feel it.

Card 5: Rest and Rejuvenate

                Oh my, You have probably been very busy! Or your always on the go- I feel such an adrenaline rush! The angels advice is its time to slow down and mellow out….Most of you who pick this are probably a lot like me – I’m like the little energizer bunny- I keep going and going and when I get home, I crash from exhaustion. This comes from me in “work mode” When I get in this zone I have a million things running through my mind, I’m in 10 places at once and this really isn’t healthy for us. We start to feel what they call “adrenal fatigue” where your body is tired but your so focused on going that you don’t recognize the signs of being tired because you’ve overworked yourself.  Take my advice – Stop, Breath and remember to focus on one thing. 

Arch Angel Uriel helping us Find our Power

These last couple of days I have been receiving quite a bit of information from Arch Angel Uriel and believe me, he has defiantly made his presence known. At first I had no idea it was him because I had not been thinking about anything other than all of the negativity that's been going around lately in my life. At one point I thought " Oh my god! What is going on here!" and slowly but surely the angels have been making their presence known and re-assuring me that the negativity I am experiencing is simply "purging" old energy out of my energy field. So for those of you who feel you are going through some tough times, rest assured you could be going through the same thing.

 
 Uriel, is an angel that likes to makes his presence known by playing with electricity. Lights will flicker, Fuses will get blown, clocks stop working or anything else crazy you can think of. A few days ago my car died, literally! It wouldn't turn on. I thought maybe its the hot weather ( it was 110 that day) and my car just over heated but We never could get it going. I'm sitting here thinking "oh great! just my luck! I hope this repair doesnt break my bank!" I get home that night and the light bulb on my bed side was dead. You should of seen my face when this came to be.  I'm thinking " OH COME ON!" and instantly Uriel pops into my mind to re-assure me it's just her. It all made sense! This week was my week to work on the next lesson - The solar Plexus - the seat of our personal power.  The negativity I had been experiencing this week had to do with addictions. There are people in my life that are suffering from addictions. Everywhere I went I saw signs about addictions- I would hear a mother talk about her son with a problem, or I watch a movie and there it was. In my case reality hit hard when we had recieved bad news about a family member who was an Alcoholic. At that point I got the message loud and clear. Talk about Addictions!
     Our Solar Plexus is the seat of our personal power. This is where we get our high self esteem, confidence and power.  Addictions, whether they are our own, or someone else's - drains the solar plexus and takes away ones own personal power. Make sense?
       If you suffer from addiction, you lack personal power because you do not have the will to say no. If you have someone in your life who is an addict- they can be very draining because its exhausting worrying about an addict. You want to help them, you go out of your way to help them and simply put it you are trying to help someone you can't and it leaves you exhausted - why? The addiction has drained you and your not even an addict! Addiction is seriously business and its a prevalent one.  Uriel comes at this time to send a LOUD MESSAGE- If you suffer from addiction or find you suffer from the affects of someones addiction - we need to HEAL YOUR SOLAR PLEXUS. A healthy Solar Plexus knows how to say No and will not put one self out there to heal someone who doesn't want to be healed. A healthy solar plexus will allow you to be there and be supportive of an addict while they go through their struggle but it will not drain you. Simply put it - You will be able to say no.

    Addictions can come in many forms - It can be drugs, alcohol, games, TV, food, relationships, bad habits- ect. An addiction is something you do that you feel you HAVE TO DO but it serves you no higher good. It leaves you feeling not so good. Those are bad habits you want to work on healing because it is taking away from your own personal power.
    Its important that we have personal power because with out, we would live empty lives. To be empowered is to have control of your life and  you have the ability to drive it the way you want! And most people want - SUCCESS.  Most people want HAPPINESS. MANY want ABUNDANCE. All of these things can be achieved if we have High Self Esteem which helps us with TRUSTING in a higher power.

Uriel: Who is she?
   She is one of the wisest angels. She has a lot of knowledge and there for she brings an energy of confidence when she arrives because simply put it " she knows it all and why" Her name means " Light of God" Perfect! She brings light and illuminates any dark situation.  Her aura is also Yellow and very bright! Not only does this work perfectly with your Solar Plexus which is also Yellow, but it helps re-assure you of your own feel good emotions because we think of postivity as a "bright round ball of sunshine"  She will also bring you signs in the form of Sunflowers and as I mentioned above - she messes with electricity to get our attention. From my experience - she is the only one who does this.

chakra is place a CITRINE crystal on it! You can get citrine for a really affordable price and to be honest, it will find you. If you see it please buy it because it's meant for you ;) Citrine is known to be stone of abundance and from I've been informed by Uriel is that citrine helps us strengthen our Personal power giving us confidence allowing us to pursue our dreams - which allows us to attract abundance!

The Solar Plexus lies in our stomach region. When we feel this chakra - we get the sensation of "gut feeling" or Pit of your stomach. It is controlled by the pancreas so those who are having issues with blood sugar will benefit with healing this area.


     Uriels message for us all this week, especially right now during this New Moon we are experiencing is learning to empower ourselves! Taking control of ones life relies partly on this chakra because when it is strong and vital - it gives us the confidence to live a life of truth.  We follow our hearts with out a doubt. But if are out of balance in this area we suffer from lack of self esteem or depression and in extreme cases Addictions.  If you ever find electricity acting up on you just know it could be Uriel Saying hello.  My car ended up being a simple battery repair and I got a new light bulb. No electricity issues have risen since. *smiles*

Card One: Trapped in Fear

            The fear you fear most is of your own making. There really is no “real threat” your just afraid to take a chance on yourself.  I’ve been there and I totally understand and I want you all to know this is perfectly normal. Fear is usually self driven, and when your ready – you will see through the fear and realize that if you never face them, they will never go away. The key here is that you have to be ready and WILLING. When the time is right you will learn to let go and take a leap of faith. For today, just know – there is no real threat. Yes life can be scary, Yes things can get worst before they will get better and yes you have to make the changes yourself ( no one else can do it for you)  but You also have to remember, YOU CONTROL YOUR OWN LIFE. IF YOU DON’T FACE YOUR OWN FEARS, YOU CAN’T MOVE FORWARD AND IMPROVE YOUR LIFE.

Card 2: Temptation

            Addictions of all sorts are a factor in your life at this moment. The issues can be in the form of drug or alcohol addiction, co-dependency ( addicted to bad relationships) Issues with spending or money  or maybe you are just addicted to your own negativity. What ever it is that you are dealing with, just know that this week – we are acknowledging  them.  First step to recovery is admitting there is a problem. This may be too blunt for some and I may even offend some of you. But I have to deliver the messages as they are being given and only hope that the message serves its purpose.

Card 3: Fertility

            Abundance is on the horizon, You have great energy at your disposal at this very moment and all you need to do is nurture it. What are some amazing goals you wish to achieve one day? Do something this week that will be the starting point.  For many of you, that starting point is simply writing it down.  Whatever it is your goal is, you don’t need to know how you’re going to get there, you just have to take the first step. I remember in 2013 I Started my Facebook paging with the intention that it will allow me to connect with my Tarot Community – I had these goals of connecting with other readers all over the world and instead the page went still for a year until last year when I revived it with my Tarot Business. Since then I have connected with some amazing souls. I did not see this in my future – I only know of my love of tarot and my desire to want to connect others.  In return I have been blessed with some amazing new friends ;)

Card  4: Patience and Planning

            What the rush?! That is really the big question today! This message arrives for you all today to be a reminder that in due time, you will receive what you deserve. You can’t rush the process so whats the rush? Many times – we want to rush things because we become Desperate, often decisions are made out of desperation are not good, they tend to be short lived solutions when really, we need long term solutions which takes time.  Today is a day to re-evaulate your goals and really think about what you want and why you want it. What decisions are you  making out of desperations? Those are the ones you should be re-evaluating.

Card 5: Harmony

            -You been through some ups and downs and a period of rest and harmony is at your finger tips. This is about a period of calmness with oneself. Those of you who have been dealing with anxiety and insomnia will find that you can rest a bit better this week. Maybe there has been a turbulent relationship that has been very negative and you may find that things will find some sort of peace. You may find that those relationships improve, or those people may exit your life- what ever the end result – It will be for the best. In order for you to find inner peace and calmness you will need to let these relationships run their course and resolve themselves.

Our Sacral chakra is what controls our emotions, this is our “ I FEEL” center. It is in this area that we hold all our emotions; if it is open or closed you will know by how emotionally open and closed you are. The wonderful energy that Chamuel brings is perfect for this chakra because he works with us to help us form harmonious relationships with others. If you ever find you lack a connection to people or yourself, call on Chamuel- He will surely come to your aid to help you heal broken relationships.

                For many years, I have known Chamuel as the angel of Soul – Mates.
